Best Sushi in Town

We had a fantastic experience at Blue Fin Sushi! We were celebrating a birthday and everything from the food to the atmosphere made it a special night. The birthday girl and I ordered the fried calamari and a variety of sushi. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Absolutely delicious! What really surprised me was my youngest daughter, usually a very picky eater, ordered the yaki soba chicken and loved it! That alone earns bonus points from me. The staff was not only polite and attentive but also entertaining and genuinely friendly. You could tell they enjoy what they do, which added to the good vibes of the night. Highly recommend this place whether you're a sushi lover or just want a great meal in a welcoming environment.

The BEST Sushi in BCS. The service was top notch. The fish selection was on another level. I had multiple pieces of shasimi and the roll on special, it was all Amazing. My mother had the Shrimp Udon and she said the shrimp tasted like fresh catch. I’ll never eat sushi anywhere else.

Absolutely phenomenal experience at Blu Fin! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was stylish and inviting, with a relaxing vibe perfect for a night out. The sushi? Next-level. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented — especially the specialty rolls (try anything with tuna or their house sauces). Every bite was bursting with quality and care. The service was just as impressive — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell they put heart into every part of the experience. We also had some herbal tea with hibiscus and honey that was not only delicious but super soothing. Highly recommend Blu Fin to anyone who loves sushi or just wants a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This location is fantastic from the moment you enter. You are welcome with the biggest smiles. The staff is amazing, especially Makenna, and listened to your needs. The food is delicious and the service is very attentive. We had a great time and left so full. Overall, it was a great experience and will recommend to family and friends.

New Owners. The place looks really good, very welcoming. Great atmosphere. I travel for work, this place is comparable to Dallas/ Houston/ Austin. Choices you won’t find at other Sushi places in town. The service was very welcoming, every staff member was kind . I can’t say enough about this place. It’s small, but still quiet and cozy. My entire party was very happy.

I came in for the first time today and ordered the teriyaki salmon and sashimi platter. The teriyaki salmon came out on a sizzling cast iron and was super tender and flaky with an awesome sweet and savory glaze. The presentation of the sashimi platter was really aesthetically pleasing, and the salmon was the star which melted in my mouth. Looking forward to ordering again!

Blu Fin Sushi is an absolute gem deserving of a solid 5-star rating! I recently ordered takeout from this delightful spot, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The Howdy Roll and Poke bowl were nothing short of spectacular—each bite bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors that left me craving more. Despite ordering to go, the service was exceptional, with my order ready promptly and the staff friendly and accommodating. If you're in the mood for incredible sushi and a warm, inviting atmosphere, look no further than Blu Fin Sushi. It's a true culinary gem that never disappoints!

Lovely small restaurant with great ambiance and food. The soft shell crab was terrific and correctly cooked without excessive breading. The sauces for the gyoza and crab were delicious.

If you’re on the fence about going to Blue Fin Sushi — GO!! We just had the best dining experience we’ve ever had here. The sushi was absolutely incredible — hands down the best we’ve ever had. The presentation was beautiful, the complimentary tea was such a nice touch, and the entire atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was so attentive, kind, and made our experience feel really special. You can tell they truly care about what they do. If you’re looking for a great sushi spot in College Station, this is it. We cannot recommend it enough!

The staff was very attentive and welcoming, the atmosphere was friendly and inviting. It's a wonderful experience eating here, especially when the chefs are given the freedom to create art on a plate and the chefs are considerate and listen to customer preference on custom rolls. Presentation, creativity and friendly and personable chefs and staff are all high points that will heighten each dining experience to Michelin Star levels, at least in my opinion! I bring in family and friends every opportunity I get! Would highly recommend eating here when you have the opportunity! They never disappoint!

The Food Here is AMAZING. New owner has done an amazing Job with the menu. I feel like I’m in an Austin Restaurant. The quality and flavor profile is UNMATCHED in BCS
